Introducing 1 Fusion – the ultimate fusion of invigorating beach training and restorative practices.

Join us every Wednesday at 5:30pm on the beach for a unique workout experience that combines intense body weight exercises with a soothing and restorative finale.

Harness the power of your own body weight to sculpt and strengthen your muscles, boost your fitness level, and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze. Then, as the session concludes, we will transition into a restorative segment designed to help you unwind, relax, and find inner balance. Stretch, breathe, and soak up the positive energy of the beach environment.
