1-Day Wellness Retreat for Moms

Join me, a therapist specializing in maternal mental health, for a 1-day wellness retreat for moms! Hosted at a loft in Chicago near the intersection of Irving & Pulaski (specific address will be sent after registration), we will enjoy a day of connection, journaling, yoga, a sound bath, and discussion of setting and maintaining healthy boundaries - an essential skill for all moms.

The day is structured to allow for as much or as little interaction with others as you’d like. There will be no partner exercises, so my introverts don’t need to worry! But there will be opportunities to connect with each other through group discussions if that’s your thing.
