Summary: This course is designed to provide real estate brokers with an in-depth understanding of Colorado real estate values, property tax assessments,and the process to appeal a property value.

Synopsis: As a real estate broker, it is essential to maintain a high level of competency inthe brokerage practice. This course will help brokers do just that by providing them with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in the competitiveColorado real estate market.

The course will cover critical topics such as market analysis, property appraisal, tax assessment appeals, and legal and ethical considerations. Brokers who complete this course will be better equipped to assist their clients in making informed decisions about their real estateinvestments and property tax assessments.

The course is designed to be interactive and engaging, with real-world examples and case studies to help brokers apply the concepts they learn in class.

Instructor: Jerad Larkin, is an experienced real estate property tax consultant with extensive knowledge of Colorado's real estate market and tax assessment system. Jerad spent 4 years as a property tax consultant and is now an Account Executive with Chicago Title.
