Come join us for a 1/2 Day retreat dedicated to community and self-care.Our day will include the following:
-Breathwork & intention setting for our day
-A short hike (approx 1 mile or less & meant for the enjoyment of nature, not strenuous exercise) where we collect items in nature
-30-minutes of gentle yoga/stretching at The Creatrix
-Journalling or reflection time
-Drum Circle (bring your own drum or use one of ours)
-Crafting - a nature mandala
-Lunch will be provided
-Community with like-minded individuals
We will meet at the location of our hike & then drive to The Creatrix after the hike is completed for the remainder of our activities.
