Whether you're new to cuddling or an experienced participant, this retreat is here to meet you as you are. Together, we will co-create a field of consent, presence, and deep listening. At Soul Vision, boundaries are not only honored—they’re celebrated.

By the end of our time together, expect to feel more grounded, open-hearted, and deeply supported—by yourself and your community.🧘‍♀️ You are welcome exactly as you are.

💛 There is no expectation to cuddle. Your YES and your NO are equally sacred.💫 You may participate through presence, eye gazing, words, hand-holding, cuddling—or simply rest.

Our time together includes:

• An opening circle and grounding meditation
• Guided consent & connection practices
• A clear walk-through of cuddle etiquette and agreements
• An optional Cuddle Lab (a space to practice consent-based, non-sexual touch)
• Integration and a closing circle

We begin with a welcome circle and grounding practices. You’ll be guided through clear consent frameworks and communication tools to ensure everyone feels safe, informed, and empowered. The heart of our time is the Cuddle Lab—an open space for consensual, non-sexual connection rooted in presence and care. All touch is optional. You may also choose to simply witness, rest, or meditate.

You can leave at any time for any reason. Your autonomy is sacred.

These foundational agreements create a safe, sovereign space for all:

• Touch is optional. You can change your mind at any time.
• Respect your own boundaries and the boundaries of others—ideally with enthusiasm.
• Keep all touch Rated G (no sexual or intimate intention).
• Use the Ask & Wait Method: Ask before touching. Wait for a clear yes. Silence ≠ consent.
• Maintain the confidentiality of fellow attendees. What happens here stays here.

This retreat is for anyone longing for rest, regulation, and real connection. We’ll open with grounding practices and consent frameworks, followed by a guided container where you can engage in cuddling, holding hands, leaning into presence—or simply be.

• Comfortable, cozy layers (think pajamas, sweats, leggings)

• A blanket, pillow, or grounding item

Please arrive freshly bathed and unscented (no perfume, cologne, or strong essential oils). Cuddling is easier—and safer—when we’re all clean and comfortable.
