1/15 Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga classes stretch, open and release the major muscle groups of the entire body. We will focus on releasing tension and restoring balance and harmony through gentle stretches and extended holds with support of props.
All levels and abilities welcome. Individuals of all gender identities and expressions welcome.
In addition to a mat, the recommended props to bring are: 2 Blocks, 1 Strap, 1 Bolster.
