On January 11, we gather in the garden to create space — in the body, in the breath, and in the inner landscape. The energy of 1/11 supports presence and clear direction, making it a beautiful moment to arrive fully into yourself.

We meet in the garden and begin by opening the space with gentle smudging, allowing the energy to settle and the nervous system to soften.

Ceremonial cacao supports heart awareness and grounded presence, helping you arrive fully in your body. From there, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, resting under the open sky as the mind quiets and clarity comes through naturally.

The experience flows into gong sound healing, where sound moves through the body and the space around us, supporting integration and balance.

We close with time for journaling, reflection, and a shared moment of gratitude.

Over time, he came to find the most joy and passion using Sound Healing as a primary tool to help improve physical and emotional health. And the overall benefits of ultimate relaxation, both during 1-on-1 and group experiences. David now regularly guides sound baths and Yoga Nidra meditations for groups and private clients.

Marit is a multidimensional guide, ceremonial creatrix, and quantum business visionary. Her healing journey began over 18 years ago, after being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. Choosing to walk a non-traditional path, she embraced plant-based nutrition, alternative medicine, yoga, and mindfulness—and began peeling away the layers of self-doubt and inherited conditioning. What she uncovered beneath it all was this: joy, truth, and power live within.
Since then, Marit has devoted herself to the art of self-initiation and soul-led leadership. She holds certifications in quantum energy healing, holistic facilitation, and sacred space design—and has guided hundreds of rituals, ceremonies, and coaching journeys both in-person and online.Marit’s genius lies in activating others to lead from the inside out—through frequency, coherence, and radical self-trust. Whether she’s guiding a cacao ceremony, mentoring spiritual entrepreneurs, or co-leading a sound journey with her husband David, her presence is a blend of fire and grace, strategy and spirit
