Want to learn how to bake your own artesian bread, but you are afraid of all the details? We've got you covered! We will break down the science and techniques for you to impress your friends and family with your own fresh loaf.
Please join us on January 11, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 3:00pm to learn all things bread.
We will cover the differences between yeast and sourdough breads as well as the different types of flours , doughs and mixing techniques.
This is a hands-on class where you will have the chance to create your own loaf of artisan bread (to take home and bake) as well as a demonstration on herbed focaccia.
You may also to take home your own sourdough starter to start your sourdough journey is you wish.
What is included:
-All ingredients, instructions and equipment to create your own artesian loaf of bread to take home to proof and bake.
-Demonstration on how to mix, form and proof & bake authentic focaccia.
-Light refreshments
Please bring:
-An Apron to protest your clothes( This class will involve kneading dough)
A bag to bring home your loaf of bread.

Due to the customization at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. If you are a "no show" for a workshop for which you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment.
