About this Event

In our 1:1 Reiki session, I will work intuitively with your energy to support grounding, balance, and the natural movement of energy throughout your body. We may explore areas where energy feels stagnant, difficult to access, or overactive, while bringing gentle awareness to the physical, emotional, and energetic experiences that may be present.

Each session is unique and guided by what feels most supportive for you in the moment. Through Reiki, chakra awareness, somatic guidance, and intuitive observations, you’ll be invited to soften, listen inward, and reconnect with your own sense of presence and inner knowing.

This is not about forcing anything to change or telling you what your experience should be. It is an opportunity to create space for yourself. To pause, receive, and become more connected to what your body and energy may be communicating.

Come exactly as you are. There is nothing you need to fix, perform, or figure out before you arrive.
