A Full-Day Chakra Education, Alcohol Ink Art & Sound Bath Retreat

What if you gave yourself an entire day to slow down, turn inward, create, and reconnect with yourself?
The Seven Chakras: A Journey Within is an intimate, full-day retreat designed to take you on a creative and reflective journey through the seven main chakras: Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown.
Throughout the day, you will explore the energy and meaning of each chakra through gentle education, reflection, chakra stones, and intuitive alcohol ink art.
No artistic experience is needed. This isn't about creating a "perfect" piece of art. It's about giving yourself permission to explore, feel, express, and create from within.
As you journey through each chakra, you will create an individual alcohol ink piece inspired by that energy center. Your colors, movement, and creative choices become a visual expression of your own experience.
Along the way, you'll have opportunities to pause, reflect, journal, connect with yourself, and simply be present.
🎨 From Seven Pieces to One
As your chakra journey comes together, you will bring your individual pieces together to create one meaningful work of art, a visual representation of your journey through all seven energy centers.
This becomes a beautiful reminder that while we may explore different parts of ourselves, we are ultimately whole.
💎 Connect With the Stones
Each chakra will also be explored through its corresponding healing stone. You'll have the opportunity to connect with the stones throughout the day and take your chakra stones home with you as a reminder of your experience.
🥗 Nourish & Connect
A nourishing lunch is included, giving you time to pause, enjoy good food, connect with the other participants, and allow everything you're experiencing to settle in.
🎶 End Your Journey in Sound
After a full day of learning, creating, reflecting, and connecting, you'll be invited to settle in and receive.
The retreat will culminate in a relaxing sound bath, creating a peaceful space to relax, integrate, release, and simply be.
We'll then gather together for a heartfelt closing circle where you'll have the opportunity to reflect on your experience, share what you're taking with you, and set an intention for the journey ahead.
