Conquest MEGA CWE - Two Day Tournament!
⚔️ Mark your calendars, warriors! On Saturday & Sunday, August 16th & 17th, history will be made at Golden Rhino Games as we host our FIRST EVER Conquest: The Last Argument of Kings MEGA CWE Tournament! This isn’t just another event – it’s an epic showdown of skill, strategy, and glory! This two-day, 2000pt tournament will be the largest gathering of Conquest players in the Mid-West, and with up to 40 players battling for dominance, the stakes have never been higher!
Here’s why you NEED to be part of this epic weekend:
Entry Fee: $65 (covers both days of play)
Prizes Galore! With full prize support payout to at least 50% of players (yes, 20 players if we hit full capacity!), you’ll be fighting for more than just bragging rights. PLUS, we’re adding Best in Faction awards, additional prize bonuses based on total attendance, and more! Now including a Best Painted Army Showcase and Raffle prizes for all armies fully painted and based!
️ Exclusive Player Bonuses: The more players who join, the greater the rewards for EVERYONE! This means additional prize support will scale up with attendance, giving all participants extra reasons to push for victory.
Fully Painted Armies: UPDATE 6/23/25 Armies and models no longer need to be fully painted to play! This is to encourage our new and growing community members to play in our biggest Conquest event EVER! All models must still be fully assembeled. No missing parts or pieces, and no proxies model (other than Para-Belum approved) models are allowed.
️ Catered Lunch: We will have this event catered from our kitchen. If we hit 30 or more players, lunch for both days will be fully catered for FREE to all players and judges. That's right – no need to leave the venue! Stay fueled for battle as you strategize with friends and crush your opponents!
Lights, Camera, Action! Not only will this be the largest Conquest tournament in the Mid-West, but we’re taking it to the next level with live streaming and filmed coverage of the entire event! We'll be capturing all the intense action, especially on the top tables, so whether you're competing or cheering from afar, you won't miss a single epic moment. Plus, we'll have game commentary provided by members from Para-Bellum themselves, adding expert analysis and breakdowns of the key battles. Tune in to watch the fiercest strategies unfold and see which warlords rise to claim victory! UPDATE 6/23/25 Please note, players on the stream are required to have fully painted armies to be filmed. In the case the top tables do not have at least one fully painted army, we will film a different table instead.
Important Dates:
March 15th: Tickets go live – don't miss your chance to sign up!
April 18th: First Player Packet releases, including event schedule, paint requirement examples, paint score rubric, list submission dates, and more.
June 4th: Final Player Packet drops with all missions, terrain setups, and a detailed FAQ.
July 26th: Final date for any rule changes.
This tournament is fully supported and partnered with Para-Bellum directly, so you can expect nothing short of an epic experience! Players from across North America will be converging to compete in what promises to be the biggest Conquest CWE event in the Mid-West.
