This Easter Sunday we begin our new monthly theme “The Practice of Becoming.” Throughout April, we explore how spiritual awareness, mindfulness, and intentional practice help us remember who we truly are.Easter is often seen as a symbol of renewal, resurrection, and transformation. In the Science of Mind tradition, this sacred day invites us to remember something powerful: Life is always renewing itself through us.
This week we explore what it means to live with deeper presence and awareness.
What changes in us when we choose to be fully present—even in the midst of imperfection, challenge, or uncertainty?
Rather than escaping life, spiritual practice teaches us to live it more fully. Through mindfulness, prayer, meditation, and conscious awareness, we begin to notice the wisdom hidden within our everyday experiences.

Science of Mind reminds us:
“There is one Life; this Life is God; this Life is Perfect Life; this is my life now.”
When we truly recognize this truth, we begin to see that we are not separate from Life—we are expressions of it.
Through spiritual practice, awareness, and compassion for ourselves, we begin to remember that even in our broken moments, we are never lost. Every experience becomes an opportunity to rediscover the deeper wisdom already present within us.
