Join us at Hotel Elkhart (Relish Cafe) for a fun evening of speed-dating, a group activity, and giveaways. Our gatherings blend the charm of in-person meetups with the convenience of online dating. Kick those connections off at our lively events, then keep the conversation going in our online community using our private app. Don't wait too long, tickets are limited to just 20 men and 20 women. Event Schedule:

Before the event:

~Look for our event reminder which will come a few days before the event with a reminder about the event and any updates.

~*Refunds: We offer refunds only if the event is canceled. We will inform participants by email the day before the event if a cancellation is necessary. If you can't join us, you may either transfer the ticket to a friend or forward your ticket to a future event (48 hours advanced notice needed to accommodate a transfer).

When you arrive (5:50-6:00) at Hotel Elkhart (Relish Cafe):

• Enter the Cafe on the right side of the hotel lobby and head to our check in table. We will greet you there.
• Collect a name tag & locate your assigned table.
• Purchase a beverage at the bar (cash bar) across the lobby and begin mingling with participants as you begin our first activity.
• There will be a QR Code on your activity sheet which will allow you to download our WhoU Community App. This enables you to reach out to participants after the event along with singles from other events.
• We will formally begin the speed-dating at 6:05 pm

Event schedule: (6:05-8:00 pm)

• Introduction (Elizabeth Marshall ~ CEO of WhoU)
• Speed-dating rounds (4-5 minutes) with participants. Take notes on your activity sheet so you know who to reach out to later in the app or ask them out on the spot.
• Giveaway drawings
• There will be a short game of music trivia at the end of the event to enable you to circle back to someone you wanted to get to know better.
• Stick around and mingle after the event as late as you wish. Check out the Corner Bar after the event, grab a bite or a drink with new friends or that person who caught your eye.

* Look for an email from us: We will email you a reminder and event information as the event approaches. Check your spam box if you don't see an email from us by the night before.

*Notes about ticket pricing and registration:

• Advanced registration is required in order to balance our male to female ratio and create the personalized activities. There is no ticketing at the door.
• Waitlists sometimes occur when we are balancing registrations. We highly suggest you put your name on a waitlist if tickets run out, as often you will be notified by email to join the event once our numbers even out. The waitlist is first come first served.
• Tickets cost $28 ($31.72 with Eventbrite tax) Early Bird Admission offered until one month before the event. $30 ($33.72 with Eventbrite tax) General Admission. You may contact us directly if you would like to avoid Eventbrite fees and pay using Venmo ([email protected])
