A self-love art experience centered around the root chakra can be a deeply grounding and transformative practice. We will begin the afternoon by reflecting on your connection to yourself and the Earth. As you start creating using alcohol inks you will focus on self-love and nurturing energy.

After your creative art session, you will take a moment to reflect on how you feel. Do you feel more centered, grounded and at peace with yourself?

The combination of creative expression and grounding energy can be a powerful way to nurture and heal your root chakra, cultivating a sense of stability and self-llove.

When: January 15th 6:00-7:30 pm
