Ever been interested in yoga but never knew where to start? Why not start with a $5 101 class? What do you have to lose?Join Kaitlyn for a 50min very beginner friendly class/workshop to learn the basics of yoga! Although there will be a class led, this is open ended to any questions at any time! We want you to leave feeling comfortable to take your knowledge to any yoga class anywhere!
