On July 24, 2026 join us for an evening of $5 mini classes! This is such a great way for you to get to know Aerial Silks, Hammock, and Lyra. Each mini class will be 30 minutes long with one of our fantastic and amazing instructors. Sign up for a class with each apparatus so you get a chance to experience a little of all the different ones, or you can just aim for the one you've been eyeing for while!All of our mini classes will be 100% beginner friendly. There are no flexibility or strength prerequisites. As we always say "no pull up required" and we mean it!
Prerequisites: None. Not even a pull up. All of these classes are perfect for beginners and first timers.
What to wear: snug fitting clothes that cover the backs of your knees and midriff. You *may* be going upside down, so make sure everything is tucked safely into place. The equipment looks smooth, but can easily burn your skin.
Cancellation policy cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refunded the $5 per mini class registration fee.
