About the movie: Emilio Estevez portrays a conceited attorney and former youth hockey player who is assigned to coach a ragtag group of young hockey players lacking in skating skills, scoring ability, and a winning record. Through a combination of creativity and significant trust, he successfully transforms them into a competitive team. THE MIGHTY DUCKS has become the benchmark for youth sports films, ultimately leading the NHL to establish and name a real team in honor of the movie.
