Our $5 Family Matinee Series continues in April the memorable '90s adaptation of A LITTLE PRINCESS. Tickets are available now at countytheater.org/familyAbout the movie: Alfonso Cuarón’s critically acclaimed remake of the Shirley Temple classic was a sleepover staple for young millennials in the ‘90s. After enlisting to fight in WWI, a doting father enrolls his kind-hearted daughter Sara in a strict English boarding school where the stern headmistress is not as charmed by Sara's imaginative storytelling as her classmates. After a change in fortunes, Sara is considered penniless and excluded from her studies, forced to work at the school as a scullery maid, but some remarkable discoveries are made that could change her fate.
