Kundalini Activation with a11aire

Join us for January's in-person group Kundalini Activation (KA) and align with the focused, goal-oriented energy of Capricorn.

In this session, a11aire offers an opportunity to begin breaking free from limitations through a gentle yet powerful energy transmission by releasing stagnant energy, old patterns, and beliefs that no longer serve you, creating space for self-discovery, heightened consciousness, and lasting transformation.

To Prepare for Your KA Session

Come with an open mind and willingness to surrender. Think of it as if a Sound Bath and Reiki had a baby—blending sound healing with energy work. Instead of sound bowls, music will be used to assist in activating your Life Force Energy, supporting the overall process. Note: The energy transmission lasts 50-60 mins. Arrive 5-10 mins early to complete a waiver.

What to Bring

• Light stomach for energy flow
• Yoga mat or blanket
• Comfortable clothing
• Opt.: Pen & paper, eye mask for a deeper experience

• Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes early to complete the waiver.
