Join others in a community on this exciting and transformative sound healing journey. This class uses multiple sound healing instruments.We like to keep our sound baths affordable and accessible to all and our $20 Tuesdays allows us to do just that!
$20 Tuesday Sound Bath Journey is designed to take you on a journey through the healing power of sound. We will use multiple sound healing instruments to create a harmonious and healing experience for all participants.
Throughout the class, you will be guided through a series of meditative exercises and soundscapes that will take you on a journey through different states of consciousness. You will experience the healing power of crystal singing bowls, drums, gongs, chimes, vocal toning and other instruments that will help to balance your energy and promote deep relaxation.
We never know what instruments want to come out and play and this class is different each time!
*Please come well hydrated and have something light to eat before class. Any medical conditions should be cleared by your medical doctor. Ear plugs encouraged for those who prefer softer sounds or have sound sensitivity.
**All sales are final. We do not provide refunds to ticket holders. We require 24 hours' notice to change your ticket to an event of equal or lesser value if you are unable to make a class after you have purchased a ticket.
