$10 Community Pop-up: Bright Shadow Yoga

Bright Shadow (bright-shadow.org) creates spaces for community, healing, and reconnection for those grieving losses to and of the natural world. Our yoga class pop-ups are an opportunity to tend the nervous system through healthy stress, mindful pauses, and deepening our ability to understand the body’s language. Each class flows like a river's unfolding, contracting with effort (flow) and expanding into rest (yin).
