🪷I truly miss teaching yoga…and soooo I’m so excited to announce this heart-centered class that blends gentle movement, mindful breath, and deep restorative rest. I can’t wait to share this space with you!!! 🤗

✨ This class is all about RECEIVING.
So many of us struggle to receive: compliments, support, love, money, gifts, and even rest. This experience is designed to gently open you to the energy of receiving➡️ receiving breath, receiving ease, receiving healing, receiving what you deserve.
💫We’ll begin with a 45 min gentle, grounding yoga flow⭐️perfect for all levels⭐️to soften the body, unwind stored tension, and create the internal space needed for receiving.
💫Then you’ll be guided into a 30 min Sound Bath Meditation during your rest in Savasana, allowing the vibrations to move through you and remind your body what it feels like to fully receive without resistance.
