This month, we'll be making bean pies in honor of Black History Month. 🧑🍳 🫶🏽🫶🏾🫶🏿 Bean pies -- yes, for dessert! -- are a sweet treat made by Black Muslims in the United States. 🫘🥧 Famous varieties can be found on Chicago's South Side, but we'll be making our own mini bean pies to sample and playing Black History Jeopardy while they bake! Ages 12-18.
