❄️In this workshopand lecture given by Lobsang Yeshema Buddhist practitioner, teacher and service in the Paramita Center.
❄️Talking about "let it go" is so easy, however practicing it is not a piece of cake. We will describe the disadvantages of self-grasping and the advantages of meditation. We will look at various meditation and analytical techniques to cultivate a more virtuous attitude for our inner peace as well as happiness.
