💠 What we will do:
Warm-up & breathwork – to connect with your body and prepare for practice.
Strengthening asanas – postures to tone and stabilize your body.
Flexibility & stretching – to release tension and increase mobility.
Balance practice – both physical and mental, helping you stay centred in daily life.
Short relaxation (savasana) – to finish with calm and inner clarity.
