🍞 Join us for a hands-on sourdough workshop!In this 2-2.5 hour class, you’ll learn the essentials of sourdough baking - from feeding a starter to mixing dough, learning folding techniques, and prepping your very own loaf to take home and bake.
Whether you’re completely new to sourdough or looking to brush up on your skills, this class offers:
- A friendly, laid-back environment where you get to mix, stretch-and-fold, and shape your dough under guidance
- A jar of active starter and enough dough to bake a full loaf at home
- A printed recipe & feeding schedule, plus step-by-step baking instructions
- Tips & tricks for starter maintenance, dough hydration, shaping, and baking
Take home: your dough (ready to ferment), your starter, and everything you need to bake a delicious, crusty loaf at home - no previous baking experience required!
