❣️Boleos❣️
In this edition we’ll work on Boleos, the focus will be on the technique, the timing, relaxation of the hips and free leg, different boleos, energies and musicality.
🔴 First workshop 13:00 to 14:30
Technical dive deep into one tango element
Each workshop focuses on one specific tango element, for example boleos, sacadas, giros, walking, or another fundamental or complex tango movement.
In this first workshop we explore the chosen element purely from a technical perspective. You will learn how it works in your body, how to organize your posture, weight, dissociation, balance and coordination, and how to execute the movement with clarity and precision.
There are no sequences or combinations in this class. The focus is on understanding the mechanism of the element itself, so it becomes natural, efficient and available in your body.
At the same time, we already start working on the deeper layers of tango, such as partner connection, musical awareness, movement quality, energy and intention.
🔵 Second workshop 14:45 to 16:15
applying the element in dive deep sequences and options
In this second workshop we use the same element in different sequences, combinations and directions.
You will learn several ways to apply the element in your dance, mixed with other tango movements. The focus remains on the same element, not on memorizing steps, but on understanding how this element can live inside different structures.
We do not teach many unrelated elements in one sequence. Everything continues to serve the main theme of the workshop.
Here we go deeper into interpretation, musical timing, flow, transitions and creative possibilities, while maintaining technical clarity and partner connection.
🔶 Guided practica 16:15 to 17:00
exploration, exchange and integration
During the guided practica you will have time to explore what you learned, repeat, experiment and develop your own dance.
You can exchange ideas with other couples, try different variations and ask questions to the teachers. This is also the moment to experience the material with different partners if you wish.
The teachers are present to guide, observe and support your process.
The philosophy of our workshops

These workshops are created for intermediate and advanced dancers who wish to go beyond steps and sequences, and dive deeper into the essence of tango.
Each workshop is based on one element. The entire experience, first workshop, second workshop and guided practica, is built around that single element.
We always work through five dive deep layers, connection with your partner, musicality, speed and timing, emotional quality and expression, dancing quality and body awareness.
This means that even when we work on pure technique or sequences, we always connect the movement to music, emotion, energy and partner communication.
Our goal is not only that you learn an element and a few combinations, but that you truly understand how to dance that element musically, with connection, with different energies, colours, emotions and speeds.
This is what makes our workshops a true dive deep experience.
Practical structure

The workshops are not weekly classes. They are special events that take place regularly, each time with a new theme and a new element.
The workshops are designed to be followed in couples. Registration is only possible with a partner, as we do not rotate partners during the workshops. This allows us to work more deeply on connection, communication and quality of movement within each couple.

You may attend only the first technical workshop if you wish.
You may not attend only the second workshop without the first.
