This spring we’re trying a format that sits right between a class and a jam.Each evening starts with about 30–60 minutes of guided training, where Tobias will lead a focused warm-up and drill important acro foundations and transitions. Think solid technique work on elements like corkscrews, foot-to-hand, shoulder stand variations, shin balances, stable stacks, washing machine entries, clean transitions between positions and much more 🌞💥!�
- The guided portion will be a series of movements called out twice, so that groups can rotate and ensure all are able to base or fly the entire sequence.
- Hold onto your questions, because afterwards there will be time to ask about any part of the sequence that you want to refine, and we will look at those questions as a group.
- After that, we open the floor for a free jam where you can train what you want - flows, skills, washing machines, or simply refine what you’re working on...
Tobias will be there throughout the jam to coach, give feedback, spot, base when possible, and help you improve your technique and confidence.
The idea is to combine the structure and learning of a class with the freedom and creativity of a jam.

What this IS
• A guided warm-up and technique drilling to start the session
• A 2-hour training space for experienced practitioners
• Coaching, spotting, and feedback during the jam
• A place to refine skills, explore flows, and train together
What this is NOT
• A fully structured step-by-step class
• A beginner workshop
• A completely unstructured jam with no guidance
Prerequisite: Comfortable with corkscrew and solid acro foundations
