As seasons change & we approach Christmas time we must remember what is important - our presence with ourselves & the small things we do or give to others to make them feel loved & cherished 🫶🏼
Jess, Zoe & Jaynie have curated an evening blending all their energies & passions to deliver a wholesome experience that will help you tap into peace, tranquility & creativity ✨️
Within the 3 hour session you will be guided through
Breathwork & gentle restorative yoga practice by Jaynie to settle you in, connect with your bodies & release some of those aches & pains
A crafting workshop led by Zoe making a small personalised macrame gift for yourself or a loved one - beginner friendly & option to make more than 1 if you have the time
Then Jess will help you blend your very own essential oil roller point so you can connect with the senses & feel deeply relaxed by natural fragnance then lead you through a moon meditation into deep relaxation to end where you will receive Reiki healing energy, listen to soothing sounds & slip into a blissful state ready for a dreamy night's sleep ☺️
