We are thrilled to announce the return of our legendary Day Retreats in Fife; an immersive 3.5 hours of wellbeing experience designed to restore balance to your mind, body, and soul.
At the Centre for Positive Change, we believe self-care should be accessible to everyone.
Alongside our weekly free meditation class and our free Positive Change App packed with meditations and resources, we’ve also reduced the cost of some of Scott’s most popular offerings (to make them more accessible to more people), including:

Scott’s retreats are carefully crafted to downregulate the nervous system, promote deep relaxation, and guide you into a state of inner peace and bliss.

🧘 Who Can Join?
Our day retreats are open to all levels—you don’t need any yoga experience or flexibility. Many practices are floor based, with chair options available on request.
⚠️ Please note: These retreats are not suitable during pregnancy due to contraindications.
👜 What to Bring
- Yoga mat (spares available)
- Blanket, pillow, or cushion for comfort
- Refillable water bottle (water machine available)
- Journal and pen
All other equipment is provided.
