🤎🖤 Wir merken: es wird dunkel, wir ziehen uns nach Innen zurück, in die Wohnungen und Häuser, aber auch in unser Seelen Innerstes. Die Jahreszeit lädt dazu ein, den Wandel vom Sommer zum Winter ist nun vollzogen. So manch dunkle Facette bricht auf, so mancher Schatten zeigt sich, wir nehmen Abschied - tief und roh. Was könnten wir da besseres tun, als all dies zu umarmen und ihm Raum zu geben? Wir laden Euch dazu ein, dies kommenden Samstag bei Ecstatic Dance Munich zu tun. Juli webt eine tief-sinnlich-kraftvolle Ecstatic Dance Wave und Michael Krailinger gestaltet das 30- minütigen Chill-Out mit einer Live Gong Reise mit seinen Gongs aus Bali. ‼️ Bringt Euch bitte eine warme Unterlage + was zum Zudecken (Yogamatte, Decke) für die Gongreise mit! Ein paar Matten, Decken und Kissen haben wir auch vor Ort!

Her motto "The Beat Is You" invites you to dance and move wildly & freely until you become one with the beat, until the moment opens and transforms us. Light, heavy, sensual, edgy, holy, sexy, happy, sad, ecstatic - everything can be expressed and danced through.
🌻A Berlin girl through and through plus a passionate dancer from the early days of electronic music and ecstatic dance in Germany, her waves have an electronic influence with a potent BPM, where no one can sit still, where joy and zest for life explode. As a yogini, however, Juli leads the dancer at the end of the wave with quiet, tender, deep sounds back to the silence from which we all come and into which we all float back again.
