In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll be guided through a sacred journey of rage, release, and reclamation. We’ll breathe fire back into your body, shake out suppressed emotion, scream into the silence, and remember your power, not in spite of your rage, but because of it.

We’ll close with a phoenix meditation and soul anointing to awaken the wild, sovereign, embodied You.
