• Individual technique

The lab is designed to build progressively, starting from foundational concepts and advancing into more complex technique.
🔥 Purpose of the Lab
Head movement and weight transfer are among the most challenging elements in sensual bachata. This intensive lab focuses on giving both leads and follows the proper mechanics to safely and efficiently execute head movements using weight transfer, tilts, and controlled momentum. Our goal is to equip dancers with tools they can continually refine long after the lab ends.
Requirements:
• Basic understanding of single body-part isolation
• Familiarity with rotations and level changes in sensual bachata
• Knowledge of compounded movements (waves/rolls) is a plus, but not required
