Kick off your Tuesday with an energizing outdoor workout to get your heart rate up, build strength, and leave you feeling strong and refreshed.
This is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class β weβll alternate short bursts of high-intensity cardio/strength work with recovery periods. Itβs a great way to build endurance, burn energy efficiently, and improve overall fitness in less time.

What to Expect:
β¨ 5 min warm-up
β¨ 45β50 min HIIT cardio + strength workout
β¨ 5 min cool-down
β¨ Optional 10 min meditation
β¨ Modifications for all levels
Bring: Water, mat and/or towel (sweat towel recommended), sunscreen, workout clothes, and a friend πͺβοΈπΏ
Led by Emily, certified group fitness instructor and YMCA cycling instructor π
π» Please use the restroom before arriving, as park bathrooms may be closed.
This event is free, though tips are appreciated and help support future community fitness events.
