💫 Breathwork & Sound Immersion 🌀✨Join me for a soul-nourishing evening of Guided Breathwork and Sound Healing on Saturday, October 18th, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM — a space to unwind, reconnect, and come home to yourself.
This experience begins with conscious connected breathwork, helping you to release tension, emotional blockages, and stagnant energy. With your inner world opened, you'll then be immersed in a rich soundscape designed to restore balance and harmony, featuring:
🎶 Didgeridoo (Yidaki) – Deep, earthy resonance for grounding and energy clearing
🎶 Handpan – Melodic, meditative tones that invite presence and flow
🎶 Crystal Singing Bowls – Pure, harmonic tones that support chakra alignment and inner stillness
🎶 Medicine Drum – Rhythmic pulses to awaken and energise
🎶 Native American Flute – Gentle, heart-opening melodies
🎶 Chimes – Soft celestial layers that soothe the nervous system
🌘 This event is held close to the New Moon, a potent time for inner reflection and setting intentions. As we journey inward, you'll be gently guided into a space of stillness, clarity, and renewal.

* Wear loose, cozy layers for comfort

* Breathwork is best done on an empty stomach – allow at least 2 hours after eating before the event.
* If you are pregnant, have implants, sound-induced epilepsy, or serious mental health concerns, please contact me in advance.
* Street parking only – allow extra time to find a spot and arrive relaxed.
