By submitting this application, you agree to the following:
• Contestants compete in the age division they are on pageant day (no fallbacks)
• No refunds will be given on deposits or payments
• All fees are non-transferable
• If rescheduled, all payments transfer to the new date
• All entry fees must be paid in full on pageant day
• Judges’ decisions are final; ties broken by judges
• Children must not be left unattended
• Only service animals allowed
• No males permitted in dressing areas
• Please clean up after yourself and your child
• Summer’s Last Splash Wear is a separate category and does not affect overall titles

Anyone—contestant or guest—displaying inappropriate behavior will be disqualified and asked to leave with no refund.
• The pageant reserves the right to remove any disruptive participants or guests

If I am made aware of an issue, it will be addressed immediately. Concerns brought after the event are much more difficult to resolve.

By entering this event, you agree to hold harmless Summer’s Last Splash Pageant, including the director, staff, facility, and all associated individuals, from any loss, injury, theft, or illness that may occur.
You also agree that photos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes.
