13.20- 14.00 - Anna Rita- STREHGTH I.T (improving body functionality through specific training for the development of muscle strength. Equipment- aqqutix wave bells)
14.10- 14.50 - Francisco -SUPERAQUA
(A functional training class in the aquatic environment, aimed at improving coordination skills. From simple exercises to combined exercises, you will be the key in this class)
15.00- 15.40 - Anda - JUMP AND RIDE (trampoline and aquabikes high intensity circle training focusing on whole body)
15.50 -16.30 - Anna Rita - STABILITY
(the effective use of upper and lower limbs and the core in the continuous search for stability in water)
16.40- 17.20 - Francisco AQUAXFIT
(In this Aquafitness session, we’ll be using the AMRAP protocol (As Many Rounds As Possible), focusing on individual performance within a group setting. It’s a high-intensity workout that combines both aerobic and strength training—perfect for those seeking challenge and results).
17.30- 17.50 AQQUATIX EXPERIANCE
(try variety of highly efective and easy in use aqquatix equipment)
18.20- 20.00 AFTERPARTY

Our team:
Anna Rita Misciglia- Italy
Graduated from the I.S.E.F. of Perugia in 1991 with the vote of 110 with honors.
A former swimmer and dancer, she has gained enormous experience in the field of terrestrial and aquatic fitness through collaboration with various sports facilities since 1990 and the achievement over time of numerous professional training certificates.
Since 2002, as Technical Director, she has been managing sports facilities (gyms and swimming pools).
Currently technical manager of the Fitness and Aquafiness sector of an Italian Sport Club.
International Master Trainer EAA, European Aquatic Association, is constantly updated for the growth and development of this sector in continuous movement.
Author of various articles for the technical magazine Happy Aquatics, and various aqua fitness and wellness Programs.
Participates as Presenter and teacher since 2001 in the various editions of Aquafitness Days and Vie, as well as participation as Presenter in numerous national and international events.

IAA trainer and “Baseins Jugla” director
Certified aqua fitness trainer with over 10 years of experiance.
Specialized in various aquafitness formats- aqua aerobics, aquabikes, aqua trampolines.
Active participant of national and international workshops and conventions.
Promoter of healthhy lifestyle and well-being through water movement.
Creative approach to classes using a variety of equipment.
