β¨ From the facilitator:
I recently encountered the idea of 100 days of BLUE MIND π allowing water to heal your nervous system by spending 20 min a day by water π any water works π§
I am pretty sure it is working for me because I feel a lot less stressed and anxious than I did in January and February β¨
Itβs a global challenge that started May 26th and goes till Labor Day βοΈ The challenge is inspired by marine biologist Wallace J. Nichols' book, *Blue Mind* π
Iβm offering 2 workshops on Sat June 13th to help you start this BLUE MIND as summer begins β¨ and reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and find calm π¦ β you deserve it! The world deserves it ππ
