4pm - Set up time for anyone that can come and help out
4:30pm all performing arrival - see Jess
5pm - Warm up and run throughs
💎Just watching - come get a seat at 7pm
💎kicks off by 7:30pm - usually over by appro 9:30pm and out by 10pm (earlier if everyone pitches in to return studio to class ready mode )
