Join me for a special 2-hour dance workshop for men & women to reconnect with your body through joyful, expressive movement ☺️
Working with your body is one of the best ways to feel better. Dance has a direct impact on your mood and confidence, and body awareness helps you feel more connected, grounded and alive. You don’t need to be perfect ➡️just come ready to move, feel and explore 💃🩵!
We will practice body isolations (shoulders, chest, hips, arms & hands) to:
• wake up your body
• improve coordination and flow
• release tension
• build confidence and freedom in movement
Then, we’ll turn these into Salsa solo steps and a fun, empowering choreography full of style and energy.
✨ After this workshop, you will know more what to do with your shoulders, hips and hands while dancing — and you’ll be ready to shine more😉 ✨
If you know the basic Salsa steps, this workshop is the perfect way to level up in a supportive and uplifting space 🤩

Zapraszam Cię na wyjątkowe, 2-godzinne warsztaty taneczne, podczas których poprzez radosny, ekspresyjny ruch na nowo połączysz się ze swoim ciałem.
Praca z ciałem jest jednym z najlepszych sposobów, by poczuć się lepiej. Taniec ma bezpośredni wpływ na nasz nastrój i pewność siebie, a świadomość ciała pomaga poczuć się bardziej połączoną, ugruntowaną i pełną życia. Nie musisz być perfekcyjna ➡️ po prostu przyjdź gotowa, by się poruszać, poczuć i odkrywać 💃🩵
Będziemy ćwiczyć izolacje ciała (ramiona, klatka piersiowa, biodra, ręce i dłonie), aby:
• obudzić Twoje ciało
• poprawić koordynację i płynność ruchu
• uwolnić napięcia
• zbudować pewność siebie i swobodę w ruchu
Następnie wykorzystamy te ruchy w krokach solo Salsy i w radosnej, wzmacniającej choreografii pełnej stylu, osobowości i energii.
✨ Po tych warsztatach będziesz dokładnie wiedzieć, co zrobić z ramionami, biodrami i rękami w Salsie — i będziesz gotowa, by wejść na parkiet i lśnić jak gwiazda ✨
Jeśli znasz już podstawowe kroki Salsy, te warsztaty są idealnym sposobem, by podnieść swój poziom w wspierającej i inspirującej atmosferze 🤩
