Join me for a gentle 4 week Parent & Baby Reflexology Group this January, a calm, nurturing space to connect, unwind, and learn soothing reflexology techniques for your little one.
Over the 4 weeks, you’ll discover simple, comforting routines that can help ease :
✨ Colic, reflux and constipation
✨ Teething discomfort and stuffy noses
✨ Restlessness and sleepless nights
It’s also a lovely opportunity to get out, meet other parents in the community, and make new friends who are in a similar stage to you 🍼👶
Each session will leave you feeling relaxed, confident, and equipped with tools to support your baby and yourself, through these early months.
