Here’s the menu:
- Burrata in Crust: A delightful dish made with fresh Liuzzi Burrata cheese.
- Pork Loin alla Valdostana: A succulent stuffed pork loin with crispy prosciutto, mozzarella cheese, and baked with a cognac mushroom Demi glaze.
