🌊 A beautiful morning of Ocean themed Yoga play, mindfulness games and sensory play to explore the seaside and the calmness that this natural setting can gift us!
🌊 We will set off on a holiday and spot a range of creatures, exploring them through our imaginations and poses,
We will explore how the sound of the ocean can keep our minds and bodies calm,
Our session includes gorgeous rock pool sensory play + a mindful nature craft for tiny hands to enjoy, creating a soothing seaside keepsake.
🦀Aimed at little wild ones aged 2-5 years (younger siblings welcome!) Please note this is an indoor session.
