Through a direct primary care model, members pay a flat monthly rate and develop an ongoing relationship with a provider who has the time to listen, answer questions, and look more closely at what may be contributing to their health concerns.
Founded by Renee Buchta, APRN, FNP-C, Mederi combines direct primary care with functional medicine and clinical wellness services. Renee created the practice after her own experience searching for care that looked beyond surface-level symptoms and explored the broader factors affecting health.
Mederi’s integrated approach also includes body composition analysis, nutrition coaching, and personal training with Michelle Harder, CPT, SPS. By bringing clinical information and physical wellness support together, the Mederi team can develop more individualized plans based on each person’s health picture, needs, and goals.
