Feeling depressed? Under the weather? Your vibration is low? Suffering insomnia? Anxiety, or stress filled your life? Or just want to relax, balance and enjoy?
->Then Sound/ Gong Bath is just for you 🙂

The event is designed for you to switch off completely and submerge into the lovely sound of nature, Gong and Tibetan healing notes.
During this special relaxing event you will enjoy gentle sound of Sacred instruments like Tibetan Singing bowls, Gongs, Ocean drum, Rain Stick, Koshi & Shamanic Drum.
I will incorporate to the experience aromatherapy and a short meditation to bring balance to the mind, body and soul.
Benefit of the Gong Bath:
Eliminate stress, anxiety, reduce the likelihood of depression. It can improve sleep and allows the body to synchronise back to its natural state as the vibration of the instruments passed down to the body.

Please arrive by 4:50pm
Wearing warm loose fitting clothing, warm socks.
Please bring your own Yoga mat, pillow, a blanket and some water with you.
Recommended age: 12+
