⚓ EVENT INFORMATION

Date: Saturday, August 29, 2026

Time: 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM

Location: 400 E Monroe St., Chicago, IL

Guests are strongly encouraged to arrive early to complete the check-in and boarding process.

The vessel’s departure schedule is strict. Arriving late or missing boarding will not entitle the guest to a refund.

The sailing route, departure time, and return time may be changed when necessary due to weather, operational, or safety-related reasons.

🔞 AGE AND IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

This event is exclusively for guests ages 21 and over.

All guests must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID.

The following will not be accepted:

• Photographs of identification documents

• Copies of identification documents

• Expired identification documents

• Altered or illegible documents

Failure to present valid identification will result in denied entry without a refund.

👟 ATTIRE AND FOOTWEAR

There is no mandatory color dress code for this event.

Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing appropriate for a party aboard a vessel.

For safety reasons, high heels, stilettos, and any footwear that may present a safety risk on board are not permitted.

There will be no exceptions.

🍹 FOOD AND BEVERAGES

Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Guests may not bring:

• Bottles

• Alcoholic beverages

• Coolers

• Thermoses

• Open containers

• Outside food

Authorized beverages and other items will be available for purchase on board.

Staff may refuse to serve alcohol to anyone showing signs of intoxication or inappropriate behavior.

🚫 WEAPONS AND PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are strictly prohibited:

• Firearms

• Knives or other weapons

• Sharp or pointed objects

• Illegal substances

• Flammable materials

• Items considered dangerous

• Any item that may compromise the safety of guests

Violation of this policy will result in denied entry or immediate removal from the event without a refund.

⚠️ CONDUCT AND SAFETY

All guests must follow the instructions of the event staff, captain, vessel crew, and security personnel.

The following will not be permitted:

• Aggressive or threatening behavior

• Fighting or physical altercations

• Harassment

• Damage to the vessel

• Use or possession of illegal substances

• Dangerous behavior

• Failure to follow safety instructions

Any guest displaying inappropriate, dangerous, aggressive, or excessively intoxicated behavior may be removed from the event without a refund.

Any person responsible for damage to the vessel, furniture, equipment, or third-party property may be held responsible for the related costs.

🌦 WEATHER AND VESSEL OPERATIONS

Sailing is subject to:

• Weather conditions

• Water and marine conditions

• Mechanical conditions

• Instructions from the captain

• Instructions from the vessel crew

• Regulations issued by harbor authorities

• Instructions from the United States Coast Guard

The final decision regarding sailing, route, and safety rests exclusively with the captain and vessel operator.

For safety reasons, the event may remain docked, change its route, delay departure, or return earlier than scheduled.

🚗 PARKING

Parking is not included with the purchase of a ticket.

Any suggested parking locations are provided for reference purposes only.

The organizer is not responsible for:

• Parking fees

• Lack of available parking spaces

• Vehicle damage

• Theft

• Parking citations

• Towing

• Traffic-related delays

• Parking-related incidents

Each guest is responsible for arranging transportation and arriving with sufficient time before boarding.

⚓ ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The guest acknowledges that attending an event aboard a vessel involves inherent risks.

These risks may include:

• Movement of the vessel

• Wet or unstable surfaces

• Boarding and disembarking

• Changes in weather

• Marine conditions

• Trips, slips, or falls

By attending the event, the participant voluntarily accepts and assumes these risks and agrees to follow all safety instructions.

🎟 SALES POLICY

All sales are final.

The following are not offered:

• Refunds

• Exchanges

• Credits

• Ticket transfers

• Refunds for arriving late

• Refunds for failing to present valid identification

• Refunds for failing to comply with entry requirements

• Refunds for being unable to attend for personal reasons

Missing boarding due to traffic, parking, transportation issues, personal delays, or late arrival will not entitle the guest to a refund.

Any exception will apply only when required by law or expressly announced by the organizer.

✔ ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By completing the ticket purchase or registration, the buyer confirms that:

• They have read the complete event description.

• They have verified the correct date, time, and location.

• They meet the age requirement.

• They accept the event’s safety and conduct policies.

• They understand that all sales are final.

• They accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.

The buyer is responsible for communicating these terms to every person for whom they purchase a ticket.

📸 AUTHORIZATION FOR THE USE OF IMAGE, VOICE, AND AUDIOVISUAL MATERIAL

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, the participant expressly and voluntarily grants GLOBAL FEST EVENTS LLC, its affiliates, representatives, contractors, and authorized parties permission to photograph, film, record, reproduce, edit, publish, and use the participant’s image, voice, likeness, and physical appearance during the event.

The participant authorizes the use of such material in any format or medium, including:

• Social media

• Digital platforms

• Websites

• Printed and digital advertising

• Promotional videos

• Commercial campaigns

• Audiovisual material for future events

This authorization may be used worldwide, without territorial limitation, without prior notice, and within the limits permitted by applicable law.

The participant waives any right to request payment, royalties, compensation, or future claims arising from the lawful use of such material.

The participant also releases and holds harmless GLOBAL FEST EVENTS LLC from any liability related to the authorized use of the participant’s image, voice, likeness, or appearance in photographs and videos captured during the event.
