Join us for our annual picnic on Saturday, June 13th, in the Community Room at Surrey Hill Condominiums (1000 Surrey Hill Way, Rochester, NY 14623).
🕑 Time: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
The club will provide hamburgers, hot dogs, rolls, condiments, and soft drinks. Please RSVP so we can plan accordingly and make sure there's plenty of food for everyone.
We also invite everyone to bring a side dish or dessert to share. Please comment below with what you plan to bring so we can avoid ending up with twelve bowls of chips and salsa!
Suggested Items:
• Macaroni salad
• Potato salad
• Tossed/garden salad
• Meat and cheese charcuterie
• Hot side dishes (chili, beans & franks, etc.)
• Chips and dips
• Desserts
As always, there will be opportunities to perform, share some magic, and enjoy fellowship with fellow members. We will also finalize the election of the 2026–2027 Assembly 47 President and Vice President.
Accessibility Note:
If entering through the front of the building, please note that there is a stairway leading to the Community Room. If you enter through the rear of the building, there is a sidewalk that provides direct access to the room.
It's been a fantastic year for SAM Assembly 47. Let's celebrate another successful season with good food, great magic, and even better company.
