? Summer Party??With the summer weather returning, we are thrilled to invite you all to join our open-door summer party! There will be fun and ‘green’ activities — from potato harvesting and flower planting, repair cafe (tools & clothing items) and craft station, to scones/tea and live music — come visit our space and we will spend a relaxing, cozy afternoon together.

?Programme?
- ? Potato Harvesting Workshop (by Incredible Edible Loughborough) 2.30pm: Wondering how potatoes are harvested? Want to dig and hunt for the dozens of potatoes planted in our Community Garden? Come join our potato harvesting session! Adults and children are welcome (*for safety please wear protective shoes)
- ? Planting sessions 3.00pm: Want to plant new additions to our Community Garden or front lawn? Our plant seedlings (strawberries, hollyhocks, fox gloves etc) are waiting for you to get them planted.
- ?? Community Garden tours: Curious about what sorts of vegetables are growing in our Community Garden? Or simply want to admire the beauty of blossoming flowers? Visit our front lawn/back gardens and enjoy the calmness that nature brings us.
- ?️? Repair Cafe: Having tools that need sharpening or clothing items that need mending? Bring them along and our volunteer repairers will try their best to sort them out for you and share their repair knowledge with you.
- ? Craft station: Want to make crafts by yourselves or with your little ones? Come to our craft station and discover/boost your creativity.
- ??☕️ ? Scones and tea + Live music: You may enjoy free scones, refreshments and tea/coffee, with live music, at our front lawn or tea room.
Free entry. All are welcome.
♻️Gardening Tools Donation♻️
We would love to get additional tools to maintain our Community Garden (wheelbarrow, trimmer, rake, shovel), if you have any of these tools spare, please bring it along and share it with us.
