Elite Referral Network is turning three, and we’re bringing the network together to celebrate how far we’ve come—and the people who have made that growth possible.
ERN launched in August 2023 with five groups. Three years later, the network has grown to 24 groups across Lincoln, Omaha, and Gretna. This anniversary luncheon is an opportunity to reflect on that remarkable progress, recognize the relationships and referrals being built throughout the network, and celebrate the success of ERN members.
The event will be emceed by ERN owner Chase Collier, leader of the Southeast Group. Featured speakers Ashley Tobias and Vivian Clough, presidents of two of ERN’s largest groups, will share their experiences with ERN and offer insight into the leadership, participation, and community-building that help groups thrive.
Ashley Tobias leads Authenticity Advocates and is the owner and founder of T Square Movers, named Lincoln’s 2025 People’s Choice Award winner for Best Moving Company. She is also an owner of Save Nebraska Local and is known for her commitment to servant leadership, strong workplace culture, second chances, and helping local businesses connect and grow.
Vivian Clough leads the M.O.N.D.A.Y. Momentum Group, whose name reflects its focus on Mission, Opportunity, Network, Development, Action, and Yield. Her group helps members begin each week with purpose, develop trusted relationships, take intentional action, and create measurable growth through referrals.
Guests will enjoy lunch prepared by Talon Room while hearing stories from within the network and celebrating the momentum ERN members have created together.
Proceeds from the luncheon will be distributed among ERN’s nonprofit members. A donation box will also be available for guests who would like to offer additional support.
