Indulge in a chef inspired custom 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲-𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗹 prepared by 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗳𝘀🧑‍🍳, Lead Chef Jeff Qualls, owner of Roots Hospitality, Chef Noah Hester, owner of Hamm’s Meat + Market, Chef Tracy Gonzales, owner of Tracy Events Catering & Carryout Shop, Onel Perez owner of The Guava Tree Truck and The Guava Tree Cuban Cafe & Cantina, and Heather Scruggs a volunteer chef, coordinator, and instructor of the culinary program at La Tiendita. ------- It is a true collaboration, featuring goods cultivated by our farmers, ranchers and vendors of the market.
The final course ends on a sweet note with baskets filled to the brim with handmade goodies from our very own market vendors. These delightful treats will be served to your table to enjoy and share, with plenty to savor there or take home for later.
